Refund & Cancellation
1. The Policy is as under;
- Order of purchase on www.flohtampons.com by the User shall be considered as deemed acceptance of this Policy by the User.
- Returns and exchanges without a receipt or booking reference number/ order ID may be limited and shall be at the sole discretion of the Visionaari LLP. Other restrictions may apply.
- Request for the cancellation of order shall be made by the User before the receipt of email confirmation about the shipment of the Product.
- In case the product is deliveredat the User’s designated address, no request for the cancellation or return or exchange etc shall be entertained after expiry of seven (7) days from the date of delivery of the Product.
- User is advised to check the packaging or the box and ensure that the same is not damaged, punctured, mutilated etc. at the time of delivery. In case of any damage, the same may be reported to the delivery person immediately and intimated to Visionaari as per clause 1 “d” above. The customer shall be couriered with a fresh box in this scenario.
- The refund in case of cancellation, refund, exchange will be processed by way of discount coupon of the Product value only, which can be redeemed and/ adjusted within 6 months from the date of process of request and receipt of the defective product, against any product listed on www.flohtampons.com.
- This Policy is applicable only on the Products purchased under the subscription plan. No requests towards the cancellation, refund, return exchange etc. shall be entertained for the trial packs unless received in damaged condition.
- During pick-up, your Product will be checked for the following conditions:
- Correct Product: Name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
- Complete Product: All in-the-box accessories (like instruction manuals, freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
- Unused Product: The Product should be unused, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable).
- Original packaging/ box should be undamaged and not defaced.
- The field executive may refuse to accept the returns if any of the above conditions are not met.
